Product Display/Colors

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Home TV & Appliance reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Home TV & Appliance will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Home TV & Appliance's Return Policy.

Home TV & Appliance Retail Store Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower advertised price on the same available brand and model prior to your purchase, we will match that price. Simply bring in the ad of the local retail competitor, while the lower price is in effect and receive your price match.
The guarantee does not apply to our competitors' website pricing and the guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors':
Offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors and mail-in offers
Items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, Outlet Center, refurbished/used items and items for sale Thanksgiving day through the Saturday after Thanksgiving

What is considered a local retail competitor?
A retail store located in the same market area as your local Home TV & Appliance store.
What is considered "proof" of price?
The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor's current ad. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching.
Are Home TV & Appliance services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, Home TV & Appliance does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery and installation.
Does Home TV & Appliance match prices of Internet retailers?
Home TV & Appliance does not match the prices of Internet-only retailers or the online only offers of our local retail competitors. If you find a local retail competitor honoring its own online prices, we'll match their price. Eligible items must be the same brand and model, and currently in stock at the local retail competitors store.
Sales Tax Policy
Home TV & Appliance collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions in our stores and on hometvandappliance.com. If you're a tax-exempt entity, you can take advantage of tax-exempt status for applicable store purchases.
Return Policy
All sales made through the Home TV & Appliance Web site are subject to Home TV & Appliance's return policy. For a complete explanation of the return policy, please see our policy on your in-store paperwork.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Home TV & Appliance may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Home TV & Appliance also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Home TV & Appliance Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
